- Refer to the electrical circuit diagrams and check the integrity of the touchscreen power and ground circuits. Connect the Jaguar Land Rover approved diagnostic tool and check connections are secure before reconfiguring the touchscreen. Clear DTCs and retest
- If fault persists, replace the touchscreen
