DTC P0A7E-4B: Hybrid/EV Battery Pack Over Temperature - Over temperature: Action
WARNING:
The PHEV battery pack casing must not be disassembled due to the risk of exposure to high voltage. Failure to comply with this instruction may result in personal injury or death.
NOTE:
PHEV battery temperature is regulated to approximately 30°C. To read this value, using the Jaguar Land Rover approved diagnostic equipment, run application - ECU Diagnostics/Battery Energy Control Module (BECM)/Live Data - and select parameter - Battery Temperature (0x4800).
- Using the Jaguar Land Rover approved diagnostic equipment, run application - ECU Diagnostics/Battery Energy Control Module (BECM)/ECU Functions/On Demand Self Test. Check for other PHEV battery temperature control system related DTCs and perform the relevant corrective actions
- Check the operation of the air conditioning system. Rectify as necessary
- Using the Jaguar Land Rover approved diagnostic equipment, check the heating, ventilation and air conditioning control module for related DTCs and refer to the relevant DTC index
