DTC P0E3C-97: Hybrid/EV Battery Coolant Pump Underspeed - Component or system operation obstructed or blocked: Action

Check the integrity of the PHEV battery temperature control system. Rectify as necessary
Remove the PHEV battery coolant pump and check for blockages and seizure. Install a new or existing PHEV battery coolant pump as necessary
Using the Jaguar Land Rover approved diagnostic equipment, run application - ECU Diagnostics/Battery Energy Control Module (BECM)/Clear DTCs. Retest. If the fault persists, install a new PHEV battery coolant pump
