DTC U0080-81: Vehicle Communication Bus F - Invalid serial data received: Action
NOTE:
- Do NOT replace any ECUs just on the basis of this Diagnostic Trouble Code
- Do NOT replace the steering gear for this Diagnostic Trouble Code
- Using the Jaguar Land Rover approved diagnostic equipment, check the snapshot data to determine the invalid data source control module. Check other modules for the same Diagnostic Trouble Code indicating a fault in the wiring harness and/or incompatibility in the software versions
- Refer to the electrical circuit diagrams and check the FlexRay bus circuit for short circuit to ground, short circuit to power, open circuit, high resistance
- Using the Jaguar Land Rover approved diagnostic equipment, check the snapshot data to determine the invalid data source control module. Check the relevant control module for related Diagnostic Trouble Code(s) and refer to the relevant Diagnostic Trouble Code index
