DTC P0C2C-85: Electric/Auxiliary Transmission Fluid Pump Control Module Feedback Signal Range/Performance - Signal above allowable range: Action
- Prioritized steps to perform:
- Make sure the hybrid/EV battery pack is fully charged and rectify as required
- Using the Jaguar Land Rover approved diagnostic equipment, check for other transmission related DTCs and refer to the relevant DTC index
- Using the Jaguar Land Rover approved diagnostic equipment, check for electric automatic transmission fluid pump related DTCs and perform the relevant corrective actions
- Using the Jaguar Land Rover approved diagnostic equipment, reconfigure the transmission control module with the latest level software
- Check the security and integrity of the transmission ground point and check the resistance from the transmission ground to the vehicle ground. Rectify as required
- Check the security and integrity of electric automatic transmission fluid pump ground and check resistance from electric automatic transmission fluid pump GND to vehicle ground. Rectify as required
- Check the electric automatic transmission fluid pump KL15 circuit for voltage supply. Rectify as required
- Disconnect the transmission connector at the transmission and check for damage or water ingress to the connector. Rectify as required
- Check electric automatic transmission fluid pump connector for damage or water ingress. Rectify as required
- Check the transmission fluid level using the Jaguar Land Rover approved diagnostic equipment to run the 8-speed ZF - Automatic Transmission Fluid Level Check Application. Refer to the relevant service information and check the automatic transmission fluid quality For additional information, Refer to: TRANSMISSION OIL COLOR CHART If the automatic transmission fluid condition is unsatisfactory, raise a Technical Assist (TA) for further support. Using the Jaguar Land Rover approved diagnostic equipment, clear the DTCs and retest. If the fault persists, raise a Technical Assist (TA) for further support
