DTC U2002-13: Switch - Circuit open: Action
NOTE:
To validate the repair, cycle the ignition or with the ignition set to on apply and release the electric park brake
- Using the Jaguar Land Rover approved diagnostic equipment, clear the DTC and check data logging signal - Electric Park Brake - Switch Input Status 2B14. Operate the electric park brake switch and check the switch positions are being recognized correctly by the module. Re-check Diagnostic Trouble Code(s) and repair as necessary
- Refer to the appropriate system wiring diagrams and check the electric park brake switch circuit for short circuit to ground, short circuit to power, open circuit, high resistance. Repair the wiring harness as necessary
- Using the Jaguar Land Rover approved diagnostic equipment, clear the Diagnostic Trouble Code(s) and retest. If the fault persists, install a new electric park brake switch as necessary
