PATHFINDER FAILS TO COMPLETE THE IPMA UPDATE

ISSUE

When attempting to update the Image Processor Module A (IPMA) or the Driver Assistance Domain Controlled (DADC), either by following a required Guided Flow, or when selecting the option "Update ECU" or when selecting the option "Replace ECU" within the IPMA or DADCM, the application will show the error message: "Updating of ECU is not possible because required flash files were not found".

CAUSE

The latest software resolved by PATHFINDER is not compatible.

PERMANENT CORRECTIVE ACTION

This concern has been resolved with the release of PATHFINDER version 301. The manual patch will no longer be available to download and this SSM will be deleted in 7 days
