DTC B0096-13: Right Side Restraints Sensor 1 - Circuit open: Action

NOTE: The front left door impact sensor, the right B pillar impact sensor and the left C pillar impact sensor are bussed together and will set corresponding Diagnostic Trouble Code(s) simultaneously

Check the right B pillar impact sensor electrical connector is correctly connected and free from damage, repair as necessary
Refer to the electrical circuit diagrams and check the right B pillar impact sensor power circuit for pen circuit, high resistance. Repair the circuit as necessary, clear the DTC and retest
If the fault persists, install a new right B pillar impact sensor as necessary
