DTC P02D6-35 Cylinder 6 Fuel Injector Offset Learning at Min Limit - Signal high time > maximum: Action

- Prioritized checks to perform
- Check powertrain control module for fuel injection related DTCs and refer to relevant DTC index
- Check fuel injector for mechanical integrity
- Check and install a new fuel injector as required
- Using the Jaguar Land Rover approved diagnostic equipment, complete 'Injector replacement' routine
- Using the Jaguar Land Rover approved diagnostic equipment, reprogram the injector codes
- Using the Jaguar Land Rover approved diagnostic equipment, clear the DTCs and retest.NOTE: The following drive cycle may be required to reset injector adaption values in order to clear DTC
- Start the vehicle and drive to warm up to operating temp. (10 minutes approximately)
- Then perform accelerations to 50-60 mph with long decelerations down to 30mph (a longer overrun phase will cool down combustion chamber). Around medium throttle up to speed
- The key is to perform the long deceleration. Just coast down in normal transmission mode
- This drive cycle may be required to be completed a number of times. Eventually the code(s) will clear
