DTC B116D-97: SOS On Call Keypad - Component or system operation obstructed or blocked: Action

NOTE:
- This DTC will cause the warning "SOS limited functionality" to be displayed on the instrument cluster
- Switch signals are blocked following false or repeated operation
- Check the operation of the telematics switchpack eCall and/or bCall switches. Install a new telematics switchpack as necessary
- Refer to the appropriate SYSTEM WIRING DIAGRAMS and check the telematics switchpack eCall and/or bCall switch signal circuit for short circuit to ground, short circuit to power, open circuit or high resistance. Repair the wiring harness as necessary
