DTC C2006-07: Left Actuator - Mechanical failures: Action

NOTE:
To validate an electric park brake repair, apply and release the electric park brake switch
- Check the electric park brake left actuator for obstructions and correct operation. Rectify as required. Clear the DTCs and retest
- Refer to the appropriate SYSTEM WIRING DIAGRAMS and check the left electric park brake actuator circuits for short circuit to ground, short circuit to power. Repair circuit(s) as required
- Connect the left actuator to the right side actuator wiring harness and vice versa. Apply and release the park brake to check if the failure sets
- Using the Jaguar Land Rover Approved Diagnostic Equipment, clear the DTCs and retest. If the fault persists, install a new electric park brake left actuator
