DTC C2006-13: Left Actuator - Circuit open: Action

- Refer to the appropriate service information and check the upper tailgate left actuator circuit for open circuit, high resistance. Repair circuit as required, clear DTC and retest
- If fault persists, check and install a new upper tailgate left actuator as required. Clear DTC and retest
