- Prioritised steps to perform:
- Check battery charge and condition. Record the observed values
- Using the Jaguar Land Rover approved diagnostic equipment, read all Diagnostic Trouble Code(s) and investigate any Diagnostic Trouble Code(s) relating to battery voltage supply
- Using the Jaguar Land Rover approved diagnostic system update the transmission control module software to the latest level
- Clear DTC and retest. If fault persists, raise a Technical Assist (TA) for further support
