Possible Causes
NOTE:
This DTC is set when the powertrain control module has measured a signal voltage below a specified range but not necessarily a short circuit to ground, gain too low.
- Manifold absolute pressure sensor circuit, for short circuit to ground, short circuit to power, open circuit, high resistance
- Intake manifold air leak
- Throttle adaption failure
- Blocked air filter
- Engine breather leakage
- Carbon obstruction around throttle blade
- Manifold absolute pressure sensor failure
- Damaged catalytic converter
- Blocked exhaust system
