DTC P0223-85: Throttle/Pedal Position Sensor/Switch B Circuit High - Signal above allowable range: Action
- Vehicle Conditions to enable DTC Logging Strategy
- Ignition On, Engine greater than 1200 RPM for 5 seconds
- Inspect connectors for signs of water ingress, and pins for damage and/or corrosion
- Refer to the appropriate system wiring diagram and check the electric throttle circuit for
- Short circuit to ground
- Short circuit to power
- Open circuit
- High resistance
- Using the manufacturer approved diagnostic system clear all stored DTCs using the 'Diagnosis Menu' tab and retest
