Possible Causes
NOTE:
This DTC is set when the powertrain control module measures a signal that remains high when transitions are expected.
- Manifold absolute pressure sensor circuit, for short circuit to power
- Throttle adaption failure
- Blocked air filter
- Engine breather leakage
- Carbon obstruction around throttle blade
- Manifold absolute pressure sensor failure
- Damaged catalytic converter
- Blocked exhaust system
