DTC C1009-31: Right Power Running Board Position/Motion Sensor - No signal: Action
- Check the deployable sidestep motor for mechanical failure and rectify as required
- Check the deployable sidestep motor connections for security and integrity. Refer to the appropriate system wiring diagrams and check the deployable sidestep motor sensor circuit for open circuit, high resistance. Repair circuit as required. Clear DTC and retest
