- Check that the rear wiper motor/mechanism is not jammed/seized
- Refer to the appropriate system wiring diagrams and check the rear wiper motor park switch circuit for short circuit to ground, short circuit to power, open circuit, high resistance. Repair the wiring harness or install a new rear wiper motor as necessary
