DTC B116D-11: SOS On Call Keypad - Circuit Short To Ground: Action

NOTE: This DTC will cause the warning "SOS limited functionality" to be displayed on the instrument cluster

Refer to the electrical circuit diagrams and check the telematic switchpack eCall and/or bCall switch signal circuit for short circuit to ground. Repair the wiring harness as necessary
