Removal And Installation: Installation

Install the steering column lower flexible coupling and tighten bolt to the correct torque. Torque Specification: 30 Nm 

Position the steering column shaft into position but do not fully install.

Position the secondary bulkhead center panel into position but do not fully install.

Install the steering column shaft to the correct position and tighten the bolts to the correct torque. Torque Specification: 44 Nm 

• Install the steering column gaiter.
• Install the 4 steering column gaiter retaining bolts. Torque Specification: 12 Nm 

Install the secondary bulkhead panel and tighten the retaining bolts to the correct torque. Torque Specification: 6 Nm 

Install the secondary bulkhead center panel. Refer to: SECONDARY BULKHEAD CENTRE PANEL - TDV6 3.0L DIESEL

Install the secondary bulkhead left panel. Refer to: SECONDARY BULKHEAD LEFT PANEL

Install the secondary bulkhead right panel. Refer to: SECONDARY BULKHEAD RIGHT PANEL

• Connect the 3 electrical connectors.
• Install the panel.

Install the trim panel.

Install the trim panel.

• Install the 2 screws.
• Install the trim.

Install the trim panel.

• Install the instrument cluster trim panel.
• Connect electrical connector.
• Install the instrument panel trim screw.

• Connect electrical connector.
• Install the trim panel.

Install the instrument panel side trim panel.

Install the driver side closing trim panel.
