DTC C1048-28: Safety Control Valve - Signal bias level out of range/zero adjustment failure: Action
- Refer to the appropriate system wiring diagram and check the dynamic response safety control valve circuit, harness and connectors (positive or negative) for short circuit to another circuit. Repair circuit as required, Clear the DTCs and retest
- If the fault persists, check and install a new dynamic response control module
