ISSUE
Symptom Driven Diagnostics (SDD) is displaying a software update Icon in the top right corner of the page. When trying to update the software you receive a "No update available" message.
CAUSE
SDD software has not been released to market in the scheduled time, as no SDD software content has been required.
ACTION
No action is required by the retailer.
