NOTE:
  • The Gear Selector Sensor Calibration routine must be performed after installing a new automatic transmission or transmission control module, or after removing and installing the existing transmission control module.
  • The automatic transmission fluid temperature sensor is an integral part of the wiring harness.
  • Sample resistance specifications for the automatic transmission fluid temperature sensor are: 5.62 to 7.71 kilo-ohms at 10°C, 3.50 kilo-ohms at 25°C, 0.22 to 0.27 kilo-ohms at 110°C.
