DTC U0184-4A Lost Communication With Radio - Incorrect component installed: Action

Check the serial number of the part is valid (as installed at the factory). If the part has been installed by a dealer the installation routine has not been performed correctly, install the component using the manufacturer approved diagnostic system. Clear the DTC and retest the system
