- Check for additional related DTCs. Clear the DTCs and retest
- Using the manufacturer approved diagnostic system, perform a CAN network integrity test
- Using the manufacturer approved diagnostic system, perform an on demand self test
- Refer to the appropriate system wiring diagrams and check the CAN circuit for short circuit to ground, short circuit to power, open circuit, high resistance
