DTC B128D-13: Speaker #16 - Circuit open: Action

NOTE:

Only applies to vehicles fitted with premium or super premium audio system
On vehicles fitted with super premium sound systems this DTC refers to the high frequency centre speaker circuit

Refer to the appropriate system wiring diagrams and check the front centre speaker circuit for open circuit, high resistance. Check for poor or corroded connections and backed out pins. Repair circuit as required. Clear DTC and retest
Using the manufacturer approved diagnostic system, clear the DTCs and retest. If the fault persist, install a new speaker as required
If no harness or speaker faults are evident, check and install a new audio amplifier module as required. Clear DTC and retest
