DTC U3000-13: Control Module - Circuit Open: Action

Clear the DTC and retest
Check vehicle battery voltage is within normal operating range and apply and release the electric park brake
Clear the DTC and retest. If the fault is not reset, suspect electric park brake control module fault. Install a new electric park brake control module as necessary
