ISSUE

Software Files Missing from PATHFINDER 222

Applications may fail to complete on any module, the application may display an error message related to missing flash files or fail to successfully complete.

Applications identified to date are: Update/Replace Gateway Module (GWM)

Battery Charge Control Module (BCCM)
Transmission Control Module (TCM)
Adding or Removing accessories.

CAUSE

Pathfinder 222 has multiple missing vbf files, this is currently under investigation by engineering, Global Diagnostic Support (GDS) will continue to monitor missing file errors and we will add these to the manual patch.

UPDATE INFORMATION

The original Information Bulletin and Manual Patch has now been expired as the Permanent Corrective Action was released on 06/03/2019 within PATHFINDER 223
