DTC P2299-23: Brake Pedal Position/Accelerator Pedal Position Incompatible - Signal stuck low: Action
- Check powertrain control module for related DTCs and refer to relevant DTC index
- Check that the brake pedal switch is mounted and correctly positioned on the mounting bracket/pedal box
- Check for smooth operation of the brake pedal switch plunger
- Refer to the appropriate system wiring diagram and check brake pedal switch 1 circuit for open circuit, short circuit to power, short circuit to ground
- Refer to the appropriate system wiring diagram and check brake pedal switch 2 circuit for open circuit, short circuit to power, short circuit to ground
