Possible Causes
NOTE:
This DTC is set when the powertrain control module has determined an open circuit via lack of bias voltage, low current flow, no change in the state of an input in response to an output.
- Starter motor relay control circuit open circuit
- Starter motor relay disconnected/missing
- Starter motor relay failure
