DTC B11C4-23: Boot/Trunk Close Button - Signal stuck low: Action
- Test the operation of the tailgate close switch. Install a new tailgate close switch as necessary
- Refer to the appropriate system wiring diagrams and check the tailgate close switch circuit for short circuit to ground
- Install a new tailgate control module as necessary
