DTC B116D-12: SOS On Call Keypad - Circuit short to battery: Action

NOTE: This DTC will cause the warning "SOS limited functionality" to be displayed on the instrument cluster

Refer to the appropriate SYSTEM WIRING DIAGRAMS and check the telematics switchpack circuit for short circuit to power. Repair the wiring harness as necessary
