NOTE:
This circuit/switch is available as an option
- Refer to the appropriate system wiring diagrams and check the hands-free tailgate sensor circuit for short circuit to ground. Repair circuit as required. Clear the DTCs and retest
- If the fault persists, install a new handsfree tailgate sensor
