DTC B1D64-87: Left Headlamp Swivelling Motor - Missing message: Action

Check the headlamp connections. Refer to the appropriate system wiring diagrams and check power and ground supplies to the headlamp leveling control module. Repair circuit as required, clear DTC and retest
If the fault persists, refer to the appropriate system wiring diagrams and check the left headlamp swivelling motor power and ground circuits for open circuit, high resistance. Repair circuit as required, clear DTC and retest
If the fault persists, check and install a new left headlamp as required
