DTC U3000-04: Control Module - System internal failures: Action

NOTE:

If DTCs B14B4-15, B14B5-15 and B1492-11 are logged in the infotainment master controller alongside this DTC, this does not indicate a fault with the associated DTCs
If DTC B14B4-15 or B14B5-15 is logged in the infotainment slave controller alongside this DTC, this does not indicate a fault with the associated DTCs

Using the Jaguar Land Rover approved diagnostic equipment, update the infotainment master controller to the latest level software and retest
If the fault persists, do not replace the infotainment master controller. Contact the Jaguar Land Rover service desk for further assistance
Using the Jaguar Land Rover approved diagnostic equipment, update the infotainment slave controller to the latest level software and retest
If the fault persists, do not replace the infotainment slave controller. Contact the Jaguar Land Rover service desk for further assistance
