- Refer to the applicable SYSTEM WIRING DIAGRAM(S) and check the navigation control module power and ground circuits for open circuit, high resistance
- Refer to the applicable SYSTEM WIRING DIAGRAM(S) and check the telephone interface module power and ground circuits for open circuit, high resistance
- Refer to the applicable SYSTEM WIRING DIAGRAM(S) and check the low-voltage differential signalling bus circuit for short circuit to ground, short circuit to power, open circuit, high resistance
- Using the manufacturer approved diagnostic system, check the navigation control module for related DTCs and refer to the relevant DTC index
