DTC B1D21-13: Remote Control Switch - Circuit Open: Action

NOTE:
Check for intermittent circuit faults within the clockspring by rotating the steering wheel during the checks.
- Refer to the applicable SYSTEM WIRING DIAGRAM(S) and check the steering wheel switch pack signal circuit for open circuit, high resistance. Repair the wiring harness or install a new steering wheel switch pack as necessary
- Refer to the applicable SYSTEM WIRING DIAGRAM(S) and check the steering wheel switch pack ground circuit for open circuit, high resistance. Repair the wiring harness as necessary
