DTC P0045-13: Turbocharger/Supercharger Boost Control "A" Circuit/Open - Circuit open: Action

- Diagnosis of this DTC may require using the manufacturer approved diagnostic system check datalogger signals
- 0x03DF Boost Pressure Actuator Bank 1 - Desired position - %
- 0x0532 Commanded Boost Actuator Control Bank 1 - %
- Refer to the appropriate system wiring diagrams and check the variable geometry turbocharger vane actuator circuit for short circuit to ground, short circuit to power, open circuit, high resistance
- Inspect connectors for signs of water ingress, and pins for damage and/or corrosion
- Check and install a new variable geometry turbocharger vane actuator as required
- Using the Jaguar Land Rover approved diagnostic equipment, clear the DTCs and retest
