ISSUE

Content

A customer may complain that either "Vehicle Raising In Progress" or "Suspension Will Rise When System Is Cooled" messages can be seen. Fault codes U210A - 16 and C1A24 - 67 may also be stored.

CAUSE

Internal fault within the thermistor wiring harness of the air suspension compressor.

ACTION

Before replacing the compressor, please check the thermistor wiring harness LR060166 via SDD by gently moving the harness up and down. If the harness is faulty SDD will show a change in the temperature reading and in some cases a change in stored fault codes U210A - 16 and C1A24 - 67.

This concern has now been rectified from VIN LA690555 for Discovery 4/LR4 and VIN LS775963 for Range Rover Sport.

NOTE: Thermistor Harness LR060166 is now available and can be found in Microcat.
