CONDITION SUMMARY
Situation: Any dealer replacing the crankshaft position sensor within the above VIN ranges are advised to replace both the crankshaft position (CKP) sensor and crankshaft position (CKP) sensor ring together, this is to avoid any parts being incorrectly miss-matched to each other.
Cause: Crankshaft position sensor. Suggested Customer Concern Code MU4.
Action: Follow the Service Instruction outlined below, the crankshaft position (CKP) sensor and crankshaft position (CKP) sensor ring are replaced together.
