DTC B1024-87: Start Control Unit - Missing message: Action

- Clear the DTCs and retest
- Refer to the appropriate system wiring diagrams and check the start control unit circuit for short circuit to ground, short circuit to power, open circuit, high resistance
- If the fault persists, install a new start control unit as necessary
