DTC B121C-13: Hard drive - Circuit open: Action

NOTE: This DTC may be set even though no fault condition is present and should be ignored unless the customer has reported an entertainment system concern. Clear the DTC and retest. Verify the customer concern prior to diagnosis.

Using the manufacturer approved diagnostic system, clear the DTCs and retest. If the fault persists, re-configure the integrated audio module with the latest level software. Insert a CD and copy one track to the hard drive to confirm correct operation. Return vehicle to standard settings and delete the file. If the fault persists, install a new integrated audio module
