DTC P0607-49: Control Module Performance - Internal electronic failure: Action

Check engine control module for stored DTCs and refer to the relevant DTC index
Refer to relevant section of service information and battery care manual. Check battery state of charge and starting/charging system performance
Refer to the electrical circuit diagrams and check the power and ground circuits to the module. Repair circuit as required. Clear DTC and retest
If fault persists, check and install a new rear differential control module as required
