Transmission Control Module (TCM) 3.2L: Removal

    WARNING: Make sure to support the vehicle with axle stands.
  1. Raise and support the vehicle.
  2. Remove the cover and disconnect the battery ground cable. Refer to Specifications .
  3. Remove the A/C compressor mounting bracket. Refer to Accessory Drive Component Bracket .
  4. Release and disconnect the selector lever cable.

  5. Release the support bracket.

  6. Remove the transmission selector lever.
