Ride And Handling Optimization Switch: Removal

NOTE: Some variation in the illustrations may occur, but the essential information is always correct.

NOTE: Make sure that the gear selector lever is in position N before removing any components.

Prepare shift lever boot for removal. Press on the four shift lever tabs. Lift the brake lever boot.
Locate the four tabs holding the CD changer panel cover / face plate. Press the tabs of the CD changer panel to remove it.
Locate the two screws holding the CD changer assembly to the frame.
Lift the center arm-rest cover.
Locate the six shifter console tabs and the two console guides. Lift the center / shifter console cover while sliding the entertainment system console cover downward.
Tilt the center / shifter console cover to expose the two connectors.
Detach the four connector tabs. Remove the two set screws to the shifter panel and control dial.
Lift the center / shifter console cover from the rear while sliding it up and out of the frame.
