Engine Control Module (ECM): Installation

  1. Fit new ECM and connect multiplugs.
  2. Fit E-box cover and tighten Allen screws to 2 Nm (1.5 ft. lbs).
  3. Connect battery earth lead.
  4. Reprogram a new ECM using TestBook/T4.
    NOTE: The ECM can only be reprogrammed a maximum of 14 times.
