Transfer Case

Raise and support vehicle. Place drain pan under transmission. Clean area around oil fill plug and remove plug. Lubricant level should be to bottom of fill hole. Top off fluid as necessary. See RECOMMENDED FLUID . Clean oil fill plug threads and apply Hylomar sealant. Reinstall fill plug and tighten to specification. See TORQUE SPECIFICATIONS .
