Transfer Case

Raise and support vehicle. Place drain pan under transfer case. Clean area around oil drain and fill plugs. Remove both plugs. Clean oil drain and fill plug threads. Apply Hylomar sealant to drain plug. Reinstall drain plug and tighten to specification. See TORQUE SPECIFICATIONS . Add fluid. See FLUID CAPACITIES . Apply Hylomar sealant to fill plug. Reinstall fill plug and tighten to specification.
