Throttle Position (TP) Sensor: Installation

CAUTION: The throttle mechanism must not be operated while potentiometer is loosely fitted, otherwise damage may be caused to potentiometer wiper track.

1. Fit a new gasket between throttle switch and plenum chamber.
2. Align switch and shaft flats; slide switch on to throttle shaft and secure switch to plenum chamber.
