Steering Column Lock Assembly: Installation

  1. Position the steering lock upper cap on the outer column, placing the spigot in the hole provided.
  2. Place the lower lock assembly into the column.
  3. Install the shear bolts to retain the cap and lock.
  4. Tighten the bolts sufficient enough to shear of the heads. See Figure .
  5. To complete installation, reverse removal procedure Steps 1)  -4)  .
